Returns & Exchanges
At Alphalete, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place your items in the original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all Alphalete hangtags and labels remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
